Why can’t a user see Word document templates in Project Operations

I created some Word templates to export project invoices in Dynamics 365 Project Operations. Most of the users didn’t even have the button to see the templates, much less actually use them.

This was related to permissions. I used XRM Toolbox’s Privilege Discovery and hunted for the feature I was looking for.

As you can see in the screenshot, the privileges I was looking for are all available in the Relationship Insights Admin role.

After assigning it, the user was able to see the Word template button and export the invoices as necessary.

I don't do much Project Operations work these days. Most of my time now goes to Power BI and getting AI to do this kind of work.
